A complete replacement of all electronics for the Ritmo 630 self-propelled polywelders.
This system completely replaces the oem controls, cabinets and pendants with Australian designed and made parts. The integrated 'Paris' controller simplifies the machines operation and greatly increases its usability. Controls are easy to understand and intuitive, meaning operators aren’t stuck scrolling through endless options and screens for every weld.
Drive controls are refined so the machine can be crept at mm/second speeds, increasing the predictability of the machines operation, which in turn, keeps the operator safe.
Simple weld panel controls and drive pendants, with all switches, lights and displays readily available means the next time parts ae needed, downtime isn’t a concern.
Override controls on the machine can be used to drive the machine without any pendants or even a carriage fitted, so the machine is never truly stuck. Even in the event of a generator failure or a computer failure, the machine is never stuck on a pipe, or unmovable again!
All functions of the machine, except heater plates, can operate off engine DC power or alternator AC power, meaning you lower the risk of single part failures keeping a machine immobile.
Customisation and increased operator safety options are available, including additional automation, light curtains, two handed operation lockouts, GPS tracking, satellite data logging and more.
Pricing includes full fitment and commisioning.
